Established in 2005 by designers Karen Bruce & Andy Newby, Rubber55 has grown to become one of Europe’s most recognisable and successful latex fashion design houses. Originally based in the Northern town of Durham the label was established to create a range of garments that appeal to the ‘heavy rubber’ enthusiast while boasting the kind of attention to styling, detail and colour that the most fashionable fetishists look for.

The label is now based based in Lincolnshire close to the ‘rubber hub’ of the UK fetish scene.   They are considered one of the major players in making latex hoods a must-have fashion accessory.   “A hood should add to an outfit or complete an outfit.
