ACON is a community based, non-government organisation promoting the health and wellbeing of a diverse gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. Their incredibly huge and diverse offering of services are there to support all of us toward a safer, happier and healthier Australia.

ACON provides a range of health promotion, support and allied services for our communities. They offer counselling, housing, home-care and transport, enhanced care, treatment advice, family support projects and a wide range of sexual health information resources.
