HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Orders of $100 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE via Standard Post.
For orders in Australia under $100 shipping is charged according to delivery type:

  • Regular Parcel Post $8.50 
  • Express Post $15.00 
  • Registered Parcel Post $12.00

MaXXX Black is not currently shipping outside of Australia. For Customers outside of Australia please email us via our Contact Us page and we will arrange for a mail order for you if possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping times vary depending on the kind of shipping selected at the checkout, and where you live. Orders will generally take between 24 and 48 hours to pick and pack, and then the normal shipping time applies. As a guide, Australia Post asks that you allow the following time for deliveries:

Metropolitan Areas & Major Cities

  • Regular Parcel & Registered Post:  Please Allow 1-3 Days
  • Express Post:  Please Allow 1-2 Days

Regional Cities and Remote Communities

  • Regular Parcel & Registered Post:  Please Allow 2-5 Days
  • Express Post:  Please Allow 1-3 Days

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR MAIL?

Yes, please call 02 9557 0122 between 10am and 6pm, 7-days.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED & WHAT WILL MY PACKAGE LOOK LIKE?

Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post, signed from “M. Black”.

The package does not feature the MaXXX Black brand or images.  Rest assured it will be discreet.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We currently only deliver to Australia and New Zealand

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes, within Australia and New Zealand.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

The holiday period can be a very busy time at MaXXX Black. We recommend you leave an additional two days for your order to allow for the season.

Should you want to make certain we have an item in range and that it can be delivered prior to Christmas please call us on 02 9557 0122 or fill out the web contact form on our Contact Us page.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel back to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from your local Post Office, at your convenience. Rest assured your package will look like any other everyday Australia Post package, it will carry no indication of us being an adult store, and you will not need to mention us in order to pick-up your package.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD HERE?

Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. Our Privacy Policy can answer all your questions regarding your personal information. Click here to learn more. 

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.  

WHAT WILL MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOW?

Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase as “Maxxx Black”.

ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED?

Some manufacturers include batteries with their product, however where they do not, MaXXX Black will supply you with the batteries necessary.  A care card is also included.

WHAT IS THE MAXXX BLACK RETURNS POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our business. That’s why every product is tested before it is shipped. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on purchases. Health legislation in NSW prevents us from accepting returns on most products.  

We do accept return of defective products.  If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or fault please contact us within 30 days of purchase. You can call, email or click here to get in touch with us. Please contact us before returning any items.  

In cases where products are covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty (LELO, Fun Factory, Tantus, D.Vice, Sassi) you will need to contact the manufacturer via their Australian agent. Contact us and we can provide you with details specific to your purchase.  

Where an individual product is found to be defective we will exchange it for a new one. In circumstances where this is not possible we will offer an alternative product or, if you prefer, a full refund.
