TWENTY10 YOUTH SERVICES
Twenty 10 is an organisation for young (under 26) gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, same-sex attracted and gender-questioning people who are having problems at home or have recently become homeless.
Twenty10 can provide you with assistance in person, over the telephone or via email. This assistance might be to help you answer any questions you have about your sexuality or gender, or about other related issues, like your legal rights, health, or where you can meet other people in a similar situation to you. They can also help you get the support you need to make your life easier.
Twenty10 is located in Newtown, Sydney and they offer:
- Health information and referrals.
- Personal support and advocacy
- Counselling
- Special projects and groups.
- A drop-in service.
- Accomodation.
- Family support services.
- Rural support.
Assistance is available for young people, their friends and family members, as well as schools and other providers.
